UCS problem or setting
Regarding the UCSFOLLOW setting I noticed when it is on and you try to work on the current plane the view jumps around crazy-like when doing any kind of editing or drawing. Is there a setting somewhere that will stop this because being able to pick the surface of an object for a working plane really helps things out?

Hi Tim,
I believe that you'll find that Dynamic UCS is on. You can toggle this by pressing F6 on the keyboard, or by clicking on DUCS in the status bar.
I would suggest raising a support request. Either DUCS should ignore UCSFOLLOW setting, or it shouldn't change until you actually have picked some points. Currently it fires as soon as you enter a command and move your cursor over a valid surface.

Thanks Jason that was it! I'll go ahead and issue a support request but with it being so close to the V14 release I don't know if they're going to do anymore updates for V13.0

I agree.
UCSfollow turns itself on with dynamic UCS. In my opinion, it shouldn't.0
