Anyone else using Automesher?

We've had a subscription (1 year) to Automesher for the past couple months.  So far, I have only successfully converted a couple IGES and STEP files with it.  Last week I tried to convert a *.STL.  The conversion apparently completed, but BricsCAD froze with an hourglass mouse.     We're running V13.2.9

    About a year ago I was able to convert an STL file to a 3D solid (39,000 facets) using AutoMesher.  I think I had to make a few attempts before I got t to work, but I don't remember the details about why.

    Not having any luck using Automesher.  Maybe I have a defective *.STL.   I'm going to have a guy who owns a different CAD program open it.

    I had only one STL file that wasn't created by Automesher; I just tried to open it and it worked fine.  That's with V13 - I know that they are preparing a V14-compatible version but don't know if it is available yet.

    I have used Automesher mostly for converting to STL and STP with mostly positive results, so cannot comment on how reliable the STL-to-DWG function is.

    Just for reference, I just created a new model and exported to IGES and STEP using Automesher.  However, I was not able to open a new DWG, and import either the IGES or STEP.  When I tried, BricsCAD hung and gave me the "NOT RESPONDING" message.  

    I am still waiting on Automapki on the previous failure.  And I have sent them the new files to check.   

    We are still using BricsCAD 13.2.9.   This has been a very reliable version for us.

    It is now 2014, and Automapki has still not offered us any solution to the problems we have with Automesher.   When I reported the problems I sent them the files I was trying to import or export.  They told me they would get back with me. I've reminded them several times, but no response. 

    Anyone else using this program?  Maybe under V14?

    They may have promised more than they can currently deliver.  I had emailed them over two months ago about whether Automesher would work with V14.  They responded that it should be ready in one week.  As far as I know, a version for V14 still is not available.

    Mine still works well on V13.1.2 (except for a couple of odd results) so I guess things could be worse.
