Difficulty with web store...

Hi there. We tried to upgrade v12 to v14 today. We needed to type in the serial numbers to get an update added to the basket. Once that was done errors were made entering card verification info so transaction was not authorized.

Now when we try to add the same serial numbers to the basket it just says they cannot be upgraded. I have sent in a support request.

Anyone here have experience with how to resolve or how long it takes?

    div> I had that problem once some time ago. It wasn't a big issue and should be fixed as soon as the request is looked at. <24 hours I would think.</div>

  • Thanks Daniel. We tried again and the numbers were accepted but the check-out process redirected to an error page. Guess we will wait it out but sounds like it should be an easy fix.
