V13.2 How to adding hatchedit and fast in place dimension text edit

Hi,

Bricscad V13.2 doesn't have hatchedit and fast in place dimension text edit. How to  adding  founsion Bricscad V13 ?

     Hi Engin:

    Up until the release of V14, these features were not available; so to attain these features you will need to upgrade to V14.
