Parameters for GetFiled lisp function??

Does anyone know what parameters for the function getfiled is in Bricscad V13/V14?

I cannot find it in the V13 help file.

What I am concerned about is the earlier the parameter 8 would jump to last opened file/folder.

Now it does not do so.
