installing V14 along side of V13

what would cause the drawing explorer to be inaccesible?

    whenever you select the layer button or anything in the entity properties or drawing explorer you get an error that it couldn't load image. this is a fresh install importing V13 setting to V14. we've tried un-installing and re-installing it and ended up with the same issue.

    I would try uninstalling BricsCAD V14, then re-install, but DON"T import your V13 settings. Potentially this is what is causing your issue, particularly if you've gone from V13 32bit -> V14 64bit. You can end up with V14 point to V13 folders, which isn't desirable.

    Jason,

     thanks for your response, were still using the 32-bit due to a internal dependency on VBA. Even within the 32 bit install V14 still point to some V13 folders, i've had to re-direct a few users PC's to help with some other issues. I will un-install both 13 and 14 and then re-install 14 alone.
