Can Bricscad V14 flatten this?

I was wondering if V14 can flatten this drain tray? If not maybe one of the 3rd party sheet metal apps that are coming can - any suggestions?

The word 'flatten' is a bit confusing. I suppose you are NOT referring to the _FLATTEN command.0

Sorry, I mean a flat layout, for sheet metal bending.
