Hi,

This is lady of PASCO Phils. My previous client DREAMHAUZ called me this afternoon asking for a help.
As a after sales support I would like to extend my help to them.
Their problem is printing their plans to black n white, according to them its not working anymore.

Kindly give us some advise.

     Can you ask your client to check the 'Plot with plot styles' option on both the Page Setup (if used) and the Print dialog. If this option is not checked, entity colors are used.

    Dear Louis,

    Our client has the same problem in V14, he can't print as he used to in V13 with STB plot styles - now BricsCAD plots everything in color regardless style settings and checks in plot dialog. Yes, he checked 'Plot with plot styles' option.

    Can you please file a support request and add a drawing that fails to print correctly. We will be glad to investigate what causes the problem.
