I AM GETTING A MESSAGE  "LISP INITIALISATION FAILED" AND CANNOT OPEN A FILE.  WHAT IS WRONG??  (V12)

    This error is triggered at a very early stage of loading + initialising Lisp engine ...
    never heard of any similar case, so this is the first time ever ...

    I would suggest to uninstall and reinstall BricsCAD ... additionally, try to "Run as Admin ..."
