Adding lsps to toolpalettes

Can someone help me with the following:

I want to add a lsp to a toolpallet but I dont know how.

There is a 'Tool Palettes' section in the Help file. Follow the 'Creating Custom Tools' link.
As an alternative you can copypaste an existing palette tool and then edit the copy.
You will have to make sure that your Lisp gets loaded (you can use on_doc_load.lsp for that).
