annual licence fees?

can anyone advise whether the BricsCAD Pro has an annual licence? And how much? 
I'm finding the website info a bit vague, and havent got a response from the Australian 'contact us' email account.  I have an urgent need to buy a CAD product for home use.

Speaking just as a customer and not for Bricsys, but they don't have annual license fees as such. You do have an option to purchase an "all-in" license, which is an annual renewal and includes the upgrade cost to the following major release as part of the fee. Without the all-in option, you would have to pay the upgrade price for the next version upgrade. The all-in does include priority consideration for support.

Major version upgrades have historically been released about once a year.

Also as the next release approaches many issues are fixed in the new release only as improvements. After a new release is made the older releases do not get fixes. Not saying this is good or bad just that you should be aware you most keep up with the major upgrades to expect reported issues to get fixed.
