Tools on the palette

 I have been creating some toolpalettes for my customers.  I am wondering if there is a way to move the tools around the palette.  I have not been able to just grab a tool and slide it into another place.  This would be nice.  Can it be done in the customization window?  Also, what would be very nice is to move a tool to another palette.  The reason why I ask about moving the tools is because as the life of the tool grows, it would be nice to put a new tool in a particular order as in a toolbar.

 I can move a toolbar by grabbing it at the "..." the appears near the beginning of it.  To re-order individual icons, you have to go into the customize window by right-clicking on one of the toolbars.  Then, in the customization window, go to the toolbar tab, and then use the plus sign to open the particular toolbar you want to modify.  Once there, you can simply drag and drop the icons to reorder them.
