During the evaluation of the BrisCad, we note some tools/commands that this Software does not have, that we are important. I would like to know the best way to replace them, if possible.

·         Function "Scale" referenced does not have the option to align on points;

Is it possible you are referring to "base scale" option in the scale command line prompt?

Eric, do you mean Scale by Reference? Bricscad does have it, but it doesn't tell you.
When prompted for Scale Factor, you can enter R, even though it's not listed as an option.
Then pick points A, B, and C. The selection set will be scaled so that AB becomes AC.
