Drawing greyed out

Hi guys have not used cad for a while so a bit rusty. My drawing looks greyed out I think I may have gone into block edit or similar but cant get out of it can anyone please help?

    Stephen, sounds like you might be in REFEDIT command. You have likely solved this already but in case it is useful... if you are in REFEDIT you can leave it by using REFCLOSE and choosing to save or discard the changes. Double click on a block or XREF can start the REFEDIT command if a block has no attributes.
