Xref Layers not displaying in layers dialog box

Hi All

One of my users is unable to see any xref layers in his layers dialog box.  He can see the layers native to the drawing that he is in.   I have removed all filters and there is no change.  Ideas?

    Has you're user got "SHOW XREF LAYERS" turned on in the view menu of the layer explorer?

    Hi Doug,

    In addition to Doug's advice, I would also check whether a layer filters is active, especially if the issue only occurs in particular drawings, as filters are saved with the dwg.
