Metal Building Draftsmen Needed

 ACI Building Systems is hiring all levels of Draftsmen today.  The minimum requirements is a working knowledge of Bricscad (or the other CAD program).  We only hire for our Drafting offices or for the main plant location (no working out of your home deals).  We use the MBS program so a working knowledge of it is a plus but not a requirement.

Please post WHERE your company's job locations are - you might get a better response, especially since you are looking for LOCAL applicants.  It appears from the ACI website that both the roofing and building divisions are in Batesville, Mississippi.

ACI has Drafting offices in 

• Gallatin, TN
• Cabot, AR
• Columbus, GA
• Oak Grove, LA
• Lafayette, LA
• Batesville, MS

There are three different employment options:

• ACI employee must work in one of these offices
• ACI will hire a group of Draftsmen as employees and provide an office in their location.  MUST BE 4 OR MORE to open a new office
• hire on as a contract Draftsmen and work from your home...this is the option ACI likes the least and when work is slow, contract draftsmen suffer the most because ACI takes care of employees first, contract workers second.

Again, to be an employee, you must work daily in one of these offices OR be a group of 4 draftsmen...in that case ACI will look into hire the group and provided an office at you location.

 ACI is also close to opening up a Southhaven/Memphis office in the near future.  This will be expedited if we can put 4 people there...right now we have two committed.
