Looking for parametric design program with a web interface

I recently saw a demonstration by the Tacton company, showing a front end for SolidWorks. It would be used by a customer on their their web browser, to configure a product, and automatically generate a quote.

A 2D environment is find for our purposes. Is there a comparable product that is compatible with BricsCAD?
