Block Replace .lsp

I am working on converting our office from ACAD. A few of our custom commands in ACAD seem not to be working correctly in BricsCAD. Most importantly our block replace command! In most cases I have been able to find a replacement .lsp file that works but I have done an extensive google search for a block replace .lsp and have not found any acceptable options. The only ones I have found replaces all of the block 'A's  in the entire drawing with the block 'B'. But what I need to do is replace a few selected block 'A's with block 'B' and leave the remaining block 'A's as is...
Any help would be appreciated.
