ExpressTools BricscadV13 Problem installation

Hello everyone.
I have installed Express Tools for Bricscad V13 following the instructions attached to the file.
When I initialize BricsCAD an error message pops up.
Please, find attached a screenshot for a better description.
Could anyone explain me how to fix this problem? Thanks in advance.

Hello Roy, thanks for your answer.
I have reinstalled BricsCAD and the problem continues. Besides, I have just realized that my version is V13 1.6... so I understand that I can not run Express Tools.
I am looking for some tool similar to "Overkill" (AutoCAD), so if anyone knows anything, I'd really appreciate some information.

Cadwiesel does offer an Express Tools version for BCad 13.2

Here is an overkill lisp function by Marko Ribarm from CADTutor.

To run, just drag and drop it into your drawing, then type "Overkill-MR"
