ncopy

Sander Strating

My engineers frequently use the function ncopy, in AutoCAD, to copy individual objects from a block.

In BricsCAD this function is not available.

The alternative I see is to make a copy of the block and explode it.

This results in extra work though.

Are there other / better options?

Already found an LSP that will do the job.

Sander, if you read the copyright notice in the file you have posted you will find that you are clearly violating Autodesk's copyright. This is unwise, especially on a forum run by Bricsys.

you can use the command REFEDIT and extract nested entities of a block...
At the time the NCOPY program was written, neither existed a REFEDIT command nor the XREF techology.

Ncopy is available in Express Tools for BricsCAD.
