CUILOAD command with cuix files issue.

When you try to use the CUILOAD command from lisp to load a cuix file that contains a partial menus, you'll get only the toolbars (the pulldown menus and ribbon tabs are not shown).

Example:

(command "_CUILOAD" "MyPartialmenu.cuix")

If you type CUILOAD from the command-line and select manually the cuix file from the dialog, everything works fine.

    Hi Francesco,

    I had the same problem loading by MENULOAD command. In BrisCAD version 15.1.23 the problem is solved and the tabs are correctly added to ribbon.

    I think that CUILOAD is the same command, try it.
