Crosshair at an angle ??

Guys what happened here? I look from top at WCS but the crosshair is at an angle. Its follows the drawing.

It looks as if the SNAPANG (snap angle) system variable is slightly different from zero. Type SNAPANG in the command bar and set it back to zero.
