Error Loading DotNet Assembly

1. I am developing an BricsCAD based plugin. This plugin contains one DotNet Assembly which loads forms for some commands.

2. I have developed this DLL on Visual Studio Express 2012, Operating system is Windows7 SP1 and my BricsCAD version is 15.1.20 (x64) revision 37090.

3. When I tried to run my Plugin on another PC having WindowsXP Professional SP2,
and BricsCAD 14.2.12 there is an Error while loading the mentioned DLL file.

4.I am attaching the screenshot for the error.

5.Please tell me the procedure to make my plugin compatible with earlier releases
of BricsCAD.(Especially changes to be made in DLL file as my remaining code is in AutoLISP and has not much compatibility issues)
