what is this toolbar and how do I get rid of it?

I had a key stop working on my keyboard so I closed Bricsys and replaced the keyboard. When I opened my drawing again, this huge monster of a toolbar appeared and I cannot figure out how to get rid of it. It looks like the Mechanical Browser but when I toggle it off and on, this one remains. I cannot grip it to move, when I right-click I get the toolbar control window but it's not listed that I can figure. Any ideas?

well nevermind. I restarted my computer and it disappeared. I hate computers.0

That tool bar is the mechanical browser, however it isn't checked in the menu below your cursor. Interesting...0
