Turning off mystery window
After a failed Mech-Q install, I am going through the process of re-customizing everything in BricsCAD. A number of screen display items do not give any indication of what BricsCAD calls them. I wish they would have a toggle on their display to turn them off, or even a name so I could look them up.
The latest mystery item is shown in the attached screen grab. It comes up any time I hover over an object, often obscuring what I am looking for.

Click the word QUAD in the status bar to turn this feature off. Please see attached image.
