Novice User: Cut a flange

 I am currently evaluating BricsCAD and I am having a heck of a time creating a simple cut out on a flange. It appears to have worked (see image below), however the model tree shows an error which prevents me from unfolding. I have attached the model for reference. Is there a way to view the error in red?

Your help is greatly appreciated!

    If you select Flange_2 in the mechanical browser, it highlights in the drawing.  You can see that it is notched into three parts which are no longer connected.  That's why it won't unfold.  It needs to be three flanges.

    Use SMDISSOLVE to turn the model into a dumb solid.
    Use SMCOMVERT to turn it back into sheet metal.  SMCONVERT will correctly create 3 flanges.  Now it unfolds.
