I need to switch my hard drive to a new computer. How do I deactivate my license so I can reactivate on a new computer?

     What can I do, if my "Deactivate" button is greyed out and inactive? I need to transfer the license to a new machine and I already revoked manually 3 times in the past for the same reason...
