problem with Print

hi, my name is Samuel from Chile.
Iḿ using briscad Platinum (spanish version) v15 for Linux (Ubuntu 14.04) with academic License, and I have Tried Print, but software show me a messenge that say " You can not use "None" printer. Please select a printer or plotter configuration" and I do not know what to do for that.
please help me !!! I am promoving use of Bricscad on Linux in my City and my University.

  • It sounds like you simply did not select a printer.
    At topleft of the Printer dialog you see a dropdown labeled "Printer/plotter configuration"
    The default choice is "None", choose some printer in the list.
    You should have at least one printer installed in your system.

    That said, I recommend to generate a PDF file using Publish or Export.  Then you can review the PDF and print it using a PDF viewer application.

    If that does not help, please enter a support request.
  • Now I see you used the command QPRINT. (I had not noticed your screenshot right away.)
    Before using QPRINT you have to use PRINT once
    Use the command PRINT to open the Print dialog, select a printer as I described in previous post, then click Apply on bottom left.
    Now QPRINT should work.
