Use Real3D Scanner from   http://real3d.pk/index.html
Download the free version from http://real3d.pk/softwares.html
Then import 3DS  >>>  Export DXF >>>  Read DXF into Bricscad

Hi,
I had bad experience with 3D transport through dxf format (your mileage may vary of course). I use Meshlab (https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/MeshLab) to convert files to collada format and than import them to BricsCAD.
