documentation on area and distance functions

Just some feedback. I am using v16.1.08 and had a hard time finding `dist` and `area` buttons in a toolbar (and the menus).

This page and this page refer to a Measure toolbar which doesn't exist (any more). I have since found out it's named the Inquiry toolbar now.
