Floating menu when a command is active driving me nuts

When a command is active a floating menu (command options) appears on the right side of the screen it's driving me nuts. I have to draw zoomed out because it takes some space.

 That is the Prompt Menu - set the variable PROMPTMENU to 0 to disable the display.  Alternatively, it's settings can be found in the Settings dialog box, under Program Options > Display > Prompt Menu

And you can choose where the prompt menu appears. If there's a location where it wouldn't be in your way during a command, just drag it there the next time you see it, and then it'll always pop up in that location. I keep mine over the Properties bar, which is something I use a lot but never during a command.
