Inserting blocks

in 2D Drafting

I got a lot of blocks from sites like BiblioCAD. With AutoCAD R14 I didn´t have problem of using them, but now that I´m working with IntelliCAD in its last version I can´t insert many of them. It appears a inscription that tell me that Icad has done an error and the program crashes. Someone could help me?Best regards
