Installer says installation package is of bad quality

 I tried to use the ubuntu software center to install the Linux port of BricsCAD but the installer says:

The package is of bad quality

The installation of a package which violates the quality standards 
isn't allowed. This could cause serious problems on your computer. 
Please contact the person or organisation who provided this package 
file and include the details beneath.

My CPU is an AMD Athelon X2 4450e Dual Core which I believe means I have an AMD 64 bit CPU. 

Is BrisCAD exclusively for Intel processors?

    There is no Problem, use the "gdebi" Package installer (install via Softwarecenter or Synaptik). That's better.
