Ortho not working in 16.2.08

Ortho is not working in v16.2.08 when dynamic input is enabled. Lines are drawn toward the cursor ignoring the displayed angle. If I tab to the angle and set it to 0, 90,180, or 270 the lines are drawn as expected. If I turn dynamic input off lines are drawn as expected.

I don't get this issue. Have your tried using a new profile? I assume OSNAPs aren't responsible.

I restarted BricsCAD, nothing else and everything is working as expected.
