Whe are using V15.1.20 (x64)

Is there a way to switch the dialog boxes of which appear with the use of the right mouse button?

There is no such thing as right click configuration?

There are also these options if you're looking for specific Right Click behavior.

The system variable is SHORTCUTMENU. The checkboxes in the image I've attached change that value.

And once you've done the above and gotten control of the right-click function, you can set which commands pop-up on right-click under various conditions by using Tools > Customize > Menus > Context Menus.

Please notice that is perfectly possible to have both the Quad cursor menu or the context menu on a right click: hold down the right mouse button a bit longer to get the context menu when a selection set exists or to repeat the most recently used command.
