Bricscad will not let me reopen files

 Every time I use Bricscad and modify a drawing then save/close the file I can not open it without Bricscad crashing. I purge and audit before saving too. I need to get to the root of the problem of this software is unusable. I get a message that states: Object of class AcDbDictionary can't be cast to AcDbViewport.  I have no idea what that means or how to fix it. It happens every time. Is there a technical support person I can talk to? I'm going on day three of forums and support requests and getting no real answers. I've uninstalled and reinstalled multiple times. I've ran malware software and computer is clean. Please help!
