AutoTURN 9 on BricsCAD v15 - continuous fatal errors

I am trying to use AutoTURN 9 on BricsCAD v15 and when I try to save I get the following message:
A fatal error has been detected, the application will be terminated. OK to save latest changes to *_recover.dwg
I click 'yes' but the recovery does not take place.
In order not to waste time I am attaching the file that I am using.
I have recently upgraded from Win7 to Win10. On Win7 I used AutoTURN 9 on BricsCAD v14 (I was very happy with the performance). On Win10 I am using AutoTURN 9 on BricsCAD15.
