BricsCad V16 Pro Cannot open DXF Files

Why can't we open dxf files with our Bricscad V16 Pro?
Please see attached file for the error.

     The error message indicates that there is something wrong with the dxf you are trying to open. Does this happen with each and every dxf?

    Yes we try to open 2 separate dxf files with the same error.
    I think it's the problem with our 3rd party customized 3D software.
    We tried the others and we got no problem opening DXF files.
