Convert attribute block to text

I have a attributed block with text in it. I wish to replace each instance of the block with the text from one of the fields in the attributed block. I attach a sample of the block, obviously the text will vary between locations.

I recommend Burst Upgraded (Burst without Invisible Attributes) and Nested Burst, both from www.lee-mac.com.

In the Blocks folder of Drawing Explorer, check the Explodable box for the block named Lable. Then you'll be able to convert each insertion of the block to text by selecting all the insertions of it and using the iBurst command.

When I did that, it left the text hidden under the wipeout. So I'd have to select all text entities on the Base_Sheet layer and use Draworder to move them to the front. Or select all the Wipeouts on the Pole_Anno_Prop layer and delete them.
