Ribbon Customization - RibbonDockedHeight

 I've performed a lot of ribbon customization. All of the sudden I'm ending up with an empty area above and below the buttons across the entire length of the ribbon. I cannot find the cause. Any ideas or thoughts? I am in v17.

Should RibbonDockedHeight help?

 Setting RibbonDockedHeight to a large value (400) and back to 0 fixed the issue.
