Drawing objects and selection windows do not display near cross hairs

 I have seen an issue where when drawing or selecting objects the selection window or the object being drawn cannot be seen within about half the screen distance from the cross hairs.  See the picture attached.  Has anyone else seen this?  I have found no settings that change the spacing and the distance stays same regardless of zoom level.  This means that while drawing most objects you see nothing on screen but crosshairs until you complete drawing the object and then line or object drawn appears normally.

Hello.
I have a similar issue with some drawings.Lines or textchanges, copys, moves only show up after finishing the command.
See attachments.
Drawing is audited and purged.

Any help?

 Sascha,

I was able to resolve on my machine by setting compatibility mode to windows 7 and checking the disable display scaling on high dpi settings.  right click the exe / shortcut to BricsCAD and select properties then select compatibility tab.  See attached image.
