BricsCAD not using Videocard

 Hi,  Am running a dell Precision 7510 laptop. 16G RAM, 2.7G processor with AMD firepro W5170M video card.

Having issues building surfaces using the Civil Site Design add on, and wondering if it is a videocard issue.  I checked to see if bricscad was running through video card, and even after setting it as a high performance, when I monitor programs using the card, bricscad doesnt come up.  See screenshots.  Makes me think that my videocard isnt being used by Bricscad.  Anyone know how to get Bricscad to use the card, apart from what I have done (seeting as high performance on vid card settings)

    For anyone searching this issue.  I now realise that dedicated video card is only used when operating bricscad in 3d and render.  Tried this and noticed that card is being used.
    Hope that helps someone else.
