EXPORTPAPERSPACE not working?

Hi,
A request from a client is how to export DWF from all/selected layouts with one command, similar to AutoCAD's PUBLISH.
I tried the EXPORTPAPERSPACE variable. If On (1) it is supposed to export all layouts, but it is not working. Also the Help doesn't document it.
