exporting files
Can anyone help?
I want to edit a bricsCAD drawing in adobe illustrator, but am not sure how to export it, or if its possible!
Thank you

Oliver,
There shouldn't be any problem getting your Bricscad drawing into Illustrator (as long as it isn't 3D). You can use a .dwg or .dxf but will probably depend on your version of Illustrator, you may need to back save to an earlier .dwg or .dxf version.
If you open the .dwg or .dxf instead of placing it in an existing drawing, the file will open with the layers intact.
You can of course open or place a .pdf, generated from Bricscad but there is no way of keeping the layers.
Hope that helps,
