Template not working correctly

 Hi,

when I export my drawing to a template (.dwt) the changes do not get saved.

For example. Some layers are missing, the order of layouts at the bottom are changed

Very annoying. I save the file over the old template file. Anybody an idea why this is not working properly?

A template drawing (*.dwt) is not different from a drawing (*.dwg), only the extension is different. To create a template file use the  SaveAs command, then select the *.dwt extension. The newly created template is an exact copy of the original drawing. Not need to Export the drawing.

 ok thank you. I will try that. However, I believe, it still does not export correctly

If the template is still different, please file a support request and attach both the original drawing and the template.
