Express Tools help V16

Checked out the help file and see although it's in english there is no info under the subject titles, basically it's an "empty help". Am I missing something on the install process?

i don't think so. Here i attached you the both (english and german) help files. I checked them bevore and they well display the informations.0

Weird - they open up fine in windows but still "empty" in Bricscad. Is there a toggle somewhere in Settings?0

Bei mir startet die Express-Hilfe, aber ohne Inhalt.
Allerdings funktioniert bei mir das öffnen in Windows NICHT!
