Can't install express tools, V17

Hi,
I'm having issues getting express tools for bricsCAD v17 working. Whenever i load bricsCAD, i get a "error: LOAD failed: 'Acettest.des'"
Anyone know how to fix this?

    Did you add the Express folder to your support file search path (SRCHPATH)? See the last part of the Express install notes for details on doing this.
