GeoTools & CADPower V 17.21 Update

We have listened to your feedback here and made the change!
We are happy to announce that a major improvement was made in the GeoTools and CADPower installers today in V 17.21 which enables demand/auto loading of our applications in BricsCAD. It also does not change the support path in BricsCAD.
