BricsCAD V15 freezing after startup on Mac with OSX - Sierra version 10.12.4

A BricsCAD client a few weeks ago installed V15.3.11-1 on a Mac. The application worked fine for a few weeks, but then suddenly started freezing after startup. It doesn't react to menu clicks or commands.
They have now reinstalled BricsCAD, but still have the same problems. Anyone with similar experience or suggestions to resolve the problem?
