Settings to make vertical zero degrees

Hey guys,

How do I set up so that I have zero degrees vertical and angles are measured clock wise?

There are settings here under Options
Settings/Drawing/Drafting/Drawing Units/Angular Unit

Do I set the base angle to 270 or something like that?

Silly question I know but I'm having a moment...

ANGBASE should be 90. To check this value just look at the image in the bottom right corner of the _Settings dialog.
